More than a competition, ProtoSpark is a launchpad for the next generation of innovators and changemakers. Participants will receive hands-on mentoring, exposure to advanced engineering laboratories, and a global spotlight to present their solutions.
ProtoSpark '26 is open to students worldwide. Teams must fit into one of our core divisions.
Ages 10 to 13 years old. A stage dedicated to developing raw curiosity, basic design thinking principles, and initial prototype layouts.
Ages 14 to 17 years old. Focuses on robust physical or digital implementations, business value proposition, and advanced pitches.
A 2-day immersive event format designed to challenge, test, and showcase projects to industry leaders and investors.
Teams set up custom exhibition booths to demonstrate their working prototypes to peers, educators, and judges.
One-on-one consultation sessions with industry experts and engineers to refine technical aspects of the builds.
Attendees and peers vote on their favorite innovations, adding to the team's final scoring portfolio.
An evening opportunity to connect, collaborate, and exchange concepts with fellow young innovators from around the globe.
Teams pitch their innovation live on stage, followed by a rigorous 5-minute Q&A session with active investors.
Renowned startup founders, venture capitalists, and academic heads evaluate projects based on feasibility, creativity, and pitch.
